Buying our products
US customers can buy them right here, online using a secure SSL connection, or in other select online and retail locations. Other customers should read our international sales information.
Please note that we can NOT accept orders via Fax or postal mail. Please contact us, preferrably via email, for business purchases.
We accept Amex, Visa and Mastercard for payment and ask that you include the security number provided on the back of those cards to help us fight fraud. We apologize for not accepting other forms of payment at this time.
You can select the payment method you prefer us to offer at the bottom of our feedback form.
If you will be shipping to other than the card's billing address, we ask that you please first register the shipping address with the card issuer by calling the 800 number on the back of the card. These steps ensure a smooth checkout for you and help us to keep down costs.
Shipping & taxes
Shipping costs and sales tax, if any, will be shown early during checkout, before your order is finalized. The shopping cart will show shipping cost options and cost estimates.
You can select from a variety of order shipping methods.
We charge you only the shipping and handling charges that it costs us to deliver your purchase to your specific location. Note that ordering additional items will, often, not increase your shipping costs.
Our products are factory tested and calibrated. They come with a warranty to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year from date of purchase.
The warranty covers labor and parts cost and shipping to the customer. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective products at our sole discretion. To return a product for warranty repair, please see our returns procedure below.
You are welcome to return unused items, purchased new online, and still in NEW condition within 15 days of the date shown on your receipt. You must provide us a copy of your receipt and request an RMA number prior to making any return. Refunds for items deemed by us to not be resellable as new will be reduced by an 18% reprocessing fee. Defective items, within the warranty period, may be returned for repair or replacement at our sole discretion and you will only pay shipping to us. Please contact our customer service department if you need an RMA # or more information.
