Order processing time

Expedited (e.g. not ground) shipping orders received by 12:40 PM EST usually ship the same day. Ground shipments usually ship within 24 hours. During holidays, shipments are sometimes delayed.

Also please note that shipping status on expedited orders sometimes lags the actual shipping process. e.g. Your order may be well on its way to you before a tracking number becomes available.

Note: All UPS shipping methods as well as USPS Express Mail shipping are insured for $100 and are issued a tracking number and can be tracked.

UPS ground - except Alaska & Hawaii

UPS Ground is the most common shipping method used throughout the United States. Although transit time and rates vary depending on your location in the 48 contiguous states, this option is the most cost effective. Most packages arrive within 2-4 business days. Even next day can happen in the Michigan area.

Ground service may experience increased transit times during the holiday season.

For customers in Alaska and Hawaii where UPS Ground shipping is not available, we suggest UPS next day or UPS 2-day service.

UPS next day air

UPS Next Day Air features fast, reliable delivery to every address in all 50 of the United States and Puerto Rico. Guaranteed delivery by 10:30am to 12 noon, or end of day the next business day depending on destination. Please check your zip code with ups.com.

UPS 2nd day air

UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States and Puerto Rico by end of the second day. This service is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service. UPS 2nd Day Air service provides substantial savings compared to the rates for overnight air service. Intra-Alaska shipments are not guaranteed.

USPS, U.S. Postal Service shipping Options

We offer USPS Express Mail shipping for urgent needs. This is a tracked, next-day (to most areas) shipping service, insured for $100 and that offers delivery on Saturdays in many areas. Please see the www.usps.gov website for service details.

We also use USPS Priority Mail shipping on some items. This non-expedited method usually takes 2-3 days to arrive and offers delivery on Saturdays in many areas. It has delivery confirmation, but is not a tracked shipping method.
